RestoreBuild exists because too many property owners get handed a number and a handshake instead of a plan. We'd rather over-explain than over-promise.
One team from stabilization to final walkthrough
Disaster restoration, structural rehabilitation, remodeling, general contracting and architectural design usually live in five different companies. Every boundary between them is a place where scope, documentation and accountability go missing.
We keep those disciplines together. The person who documented the damage is connected to the person drawing the rebuild and the person sequencing the trades. When something unexpected shows up behind a wall — and on older properties it usually does — you hear about it from us, in writing, with options.
We're also deliberate about what we won't claim. We don't quote from photos, we don't guarantee completion dates we can't control, and we don't speak for your insurance carrier. What we will do is tell you exactly what we see, what we don't yet know, and what it would take to find out.

Safety is not a section of the proposal
Gas odors, live electrical, contaminated water, unstable structure — those get handled by the right authority first, even when it slows us down or costs us the job.
People before punch lists
Most of our clients meet us on one of the worst days they've had. We slow down, explain what's happening, and never use urgency as a sales tool.
Design and build in one conversation
When the people drawing the plans and the people building them sit in the same room, fewer surprises make it to the field.
